DIRECTIONS

		Directions to the Andover Surgery Center From Andover Center: Follow Route 28 to the intersection of Route 133 (Haverhill Street). Take a right on Route 133 and go 7/10 of a mile to Doctors Park on left. The Andover Surgery Center (Doctors Park II) is the second building on the right. From Route 495: Take Exit 42A East (Route 114 toward Middleton). Follow Route 114 to third set of lights. Turn right at Boston Market. Doctors Park will be 2/10 of a mile on the right (just after yellow house). The Andover Surgery Center (Doctors Park II) is the building set down the hill on the right.
